This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Support Officer to join our Community Housing team who will ensure the seamless handling of our Company’s Asset Management System 

 

Reporting to the Asset Data and Systems Manager you will have a keen eye for detail, be able to provide accurate asset information when requested and to be able to assist and support and update property records whilst working closely with the Asset Management Team.     

  

Some of your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting Stock Condition Surveyors where necessary to contact residents, handle queries, and process data 

  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements. 

  • Provide accurate asset information to assist with the strategic stock appraisals undertaken and support the Asset Manager in the annual budget planning process 

  • Use data to help shape the investment decisions that are made 

 

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • Competent in use of bespoke housing management systems, asset management systems and standard software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. 

  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques 

  • Effective maths and numeracy skills. 

  • Understanding of asset management projects, including building construction terminology and techniques.
